Yield on 91-day bill falls to 22.6069%

The Bank of Ghana has revealed that the yield on its weekly 91-day bill fell slightly to 22.6069% at the Friday auction from 22.6787% at the last sale. Similarly, the yield on the 182-day bill has also declined to 24.5436% from 24.6103% last auction.
The bank received bids worth GHS 791.72 million of which it accepted GHS 790.18 million for the 91-day paper. The bank accepted all the bids received for its 182-day bill. The bills would be issued on February 29. The bank targets to raise GHS 861 million through 91-day bill and GHS 60 million through 1-year note at the next auction.
